At 21:18 today (062), low power mode was tripped. Earlier today, PSIB B
was turned on, to help confirm or dispute the
theory that the battery 2 cell 1 high voltage occurances are related to
PSIB processor temperature. As it turns out, PSIB-B has a different set of
gains, and low power mode uses the lowest of the gains between the 2 PSIBs,
when they are both on. This oversight will be corrected in the future, and
we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. The FOT is in the process
of
scheduling additional events as needed to power on and configure the
instruments to their normal operating conditions. Thank you for your
