To all concerned,

On 99-236, the 00:32:00 - 00:55:00z TDW event did not occur due to SGLT
handover and NCC database problems (Event #117, TTR#21259). Several
missions were affected by the problem during the 235/23:24 to 236/01:00z
time period. The FOT was notified at AOS that the event would not occur.

The FOT scheduled an extra event on 171 at 236/01:00 - 01:23z during the
event TRMM lost view with TDRS at approximately 236/01:16z. The FOT was
unable to complete data storage operations until the 236/03:50z event.

The following events were added:
	171/ 01:00 - 01:30z
	TDE/ 03:11:30 - 03:27z
	171/ 03:50 - 04:15z


TRMM VR's #3, 4, 5 and 6 overflowed during the following times:
