The Level 1B hdf files are calibrated attenuated backscatter profiles and
associated products.
IDL read routines are found in the folder "HDF_Read_Routines".
The Level 1B hdf files are normally produced at 1 second averages.  Signals were
weak and noisy for the 23Mar17 and 28Mar17, so the products were produced at
10-second averages for those two flights.  For 07May17, the noisier signals forced
us to produce the files at 4-second resolution.
