The Level 2 hdf files are either layer by layer products (Lay) or profile
products (Pro).  IDL read routines are found in the folder "HDF_Read_Routines".
The Level 2 hdf files are produced at 5 second averages.  Signals were
weak and noisy for the 23Mar17 and 28Mar17, so no Level 2 products were produced
for those two flights.
