The Level 2 summary images show various Level 2 products on two different
displays (D1,D2) that correspond to either the top panel (Top) or the bottom
panel (Bot) of the L1B summary images.
The Level 2 summary images are produced at 5 second averages.  Signals were
weak and noisy for the 23Mar17 and 28Mar17, so no Level 2 products were produced
for those two flights.
