The layers*.txt files show geolocation, navigation, and layers found. The files
should be self-explanitory with embedded comments.
The layers*.txt files are normally produced at 5 second averages.  Signals were
weak and noisy for the 23Mar17 and 28Mar17, so the layers*.txt files for those
flights were averaged further to 10 seconds;
