Quality-controlled and reformatted rainfall data taken from IFloodS 
APU gauges.

Only non-zero rainfall data are provided. The data unit is mm, and
the resolution is 1 second. 

File Name:  ifloods_raingauge_APU##_20130911_gag.txt
where ## is NASA APU number (2,4,5,..,12), and YYYYMMDD is year (2013), Month(09) and day (11), 
gag is the one second rainfall data.

The header of each file gives data year, gauge identification number,
gauge type and its bucket resolution, as well as data column labels.

Each data line gives the year, month, day of the month, Julian day of  
the year, hour, minute, second, rain amount (mm), latitude and longitude.
