A second Metek MRR in Jarvenpaa (Jaervenpaeae, a with dots)

Environment Canada heated dish, and University of Birmingham feed were
combined 2010-11-09 (Dmitri Moisseev and Jussi Leinonen), and the system
installed on a LPVEx platform at ground level near the C-band radar.
Images on November 11 show some tests of the siting as the MRR detected
significant interference during the weather radar PPI scans.
