GPM Ground Validation Micro Rain Radar (MRR) MC3 Dataset

Restriction/Disclaimer:  MRR levels 1 and 2 data products assume no vertical wind,
and thus their accuracy is questionable in the presence of strong vertical motions
(Peters et al. 2005).  Attenuation correction is only performed for PIA ≤ 10 dB
(Peters et al. 2010).
