Quality-controlled and reformatted rainfall data taken from IFloodS
NASA gauges NASA0026-0050.

Only non-zero rainfall data are provided. The data are in mm with a 
resolution of 1 second. 


NASA0050_B me: ifloods_raingauge_NASA_00##X_yyyymmdd_yyyymmdd_gag.txt
where ## is the gauge platform number (26,27,...,50), X is A or B to denote
gauge A or B equipped on each platform, and YYYY is year (2013).
First data is start date of file; second date is date of last record in file.

The header of each file gives gauge identification number, year, latitude
and longitude.

Each data line gives the year, month, day of the month, Julian day of
the year, hour, minute, and interpolated one-minute rain rate (mm/hr).
