Quality-controlled and Cubic Spline interpolated rain rates from IFloodS
ASA gauges NASA0026-0050.

Each yearly file contains all rain rates from each gauge. Only non-zero rain
rates are provided. The data unit is mm/hr, and the resolution is 1 minute.

File Name:   ifloods_raingauge_NASA_00#X_yyyymmdd_yyyymmdd_gmin.txt
where ## is the gauge platform number (26,27,...,50), X is A or B to denote 
gauge A or B equipped on each platform, and YYYY is year (2013). 
First date is date of first record in file; second date is date of last
record

The header of each file gives gauge identification number, year, latitude 
and longitude.

Each data line gives the year, month, day of the month, Julian day of  
the year, hour, minute, and interpolated one-minute rain rate (mm/hr).
