Daily Objectives:
Investigate isolated thunderstorms in the ACES target domain (Everglades and the surrounding Ocean). Storm forecast over the target area expected to be as good as today.
Today's flight (08/11/02) was cancelled due to combination of various factors. (later take off time due to aircraft activities, weather at time of scheduled take off, ground support weather data display communication problem, and fly today vs. tomorrow). Since weather looks favorable tomorrow, the PI made the decision to fly tomorrow providing time to better prepare for the mission as well as a possible longer duration flight in the target domain.
Meetings:
9 AM EDT, Weather briefing and aircraft/payload status
~ 30 minutes after landing, mission debrief

Great job by the Altus crew to get the aircraft ready to support the flight for today! Too bad the weather did not look good at the time for take-off.
