Weather Summary:
Today - Dry mid-upper level. Precipitable water about 35 mm at Miami and Key West. Subsidence from th ehigh pressure system is also affecting the region. Moisture and instability should slowly increase throughout the day. Surface winds will be light and variable. Upper level flow from the NE. Very isolated thunderstorms activity expected. Thunderstorms that do occur will be short-lived.
Mon-Tues. Moisture will increase over the next two days, with precipitation probablilities likewise increasing. The flow will become southwesterly as the low to the NW intensifies. So storms will form near the west coast and move eastward.
