LASE Flight 15 Gaston #1

LASE operated well thoughout the flight. LASE observed significant drying as the DC-8 flew east along the leg north of the system. LASE observed increase in water vapor heading south along the eastern part of the storm.  The largest amount of dust observed during the flight was observed along the southeastern part of the track. Less aerosol and water vapor was observed along teh southwest portion of the pattern.
