ER-2 is scrubbed due to lack of flyable targets in territory, low confidence in forecast, lack of Citation availability, and to be able to fly early afternoon convection expected in W TX/OK or land surface/calibration mission tomorrow. ER-2 is alerted for an 18 Z (13 CDT)
Citation was unable to get the part to repair the nose radar, so it will RTB tonight. It may be available to fly cloud missions the next two days, but cannot fly precipitation. Earliest availability for the part is Tuesday morning.
