Midnight local takeoff to capture a frontal squall line ranging from western Nebraska to the SGP CART site. Convection over the ARM Central Facility flown coordinated with the Citation as it performed spiral descents. CoSMIR did not power up properly and was lost to the flight. There are no aircraft issues and we stand ready for the next flight.
