ER-2 Gulf of Mexico calibration flight. Takeoff at 1800 UTC, 2 hour ferry, 1 hour sampling, 2 hour return.
Radio check at SGP as the ER-2 heads south.
Sunday plan to do the LSM mission with*potential* convection mission on the back side of the flight if the cap breaks Will notify ER-2 ops on fuel loading by 10 AM CDT (for a potential full mission). The LSM flight track and timing (recycled from earlier May 6 plans) is attached.
Citation will be on alert Sunday to TBD for potential convective missions on short notice.
