Instrument Debrief for LIP Sortie Number: 05-9034 Instrument Performance: Worked well. Lots of thunderstorms on the way to the target. Flew with P-3 over T.S. Gert -- not much lightning. On the way back, pilot Wright reported vertical lightning out the top of storm near airport. He said it was white, single filament, and terminated at some boundary high above the storm. |
